People think that we are a health facility and even seriously made appointments (SMH) so we just want to set the record straight. We are NOT a health facility. We import, provide, distribute and service medical equipment as per the request of the customer e.g. Critical care equipment, ultrasounds, diagnostic imaging equipment, dental equipment, maternal infant care equipment and Laboratory equipment; and provide a wide range of after sale services including but not limited to equipment, parts and consumables sales and user training, equipment installation, consultancy, service and maintenance contract, Biomedical Training, CME (Continuous Medical Education) etc.

Yes we do. We have a team of highly qualified bio-engineering personnel completely dedicated to serve and assist you from the moment you face challenges for all your equipment.

For areas within Nairobi we have motorbike riders, for places in the outskirts of Nairobi we use our company vehicles or enlist the use of couriers’ e.g. Wells Fargo or G4S.
